1. The owner agrees for Century21 Skylux to do marketing for the unit wherefrom the details have been given above, to publish pictures find potential buyers / tenants 2. Where the buyer was introduced by the agent and the contract signing has been completed the owner agrees to compensate a 3% commission (excluding 7% VAT) of the selling price mentioned in this contract by paying the full amount on the transferred date. 3. The owner agrees to reward a commission equivalent to one month rent, in the case where the tenant signs a one year contract and a commission equivalent to one and a half month rent, in the case where the renter signs a two year contract. 4. The owner is not obligated to pay a commission to the broker if the buyer is not a lead from the broker or recommended from the broker or was given property information by the broker.
